• Every 3 months Follow Up Appointment: $50
• Testosterone Injection: $18

To start the program please give us a call & make an appointment. Your first initial visit is $50 & that price includes getting lab work drawn & meeting with the Doctor. Patient must come in to office every 2 weeks(or as prescribed by our physician) for testosterone injection. Insurance should cover your lab draw. If you do not have insurance it will be a separate bill from the lab.  Each injection is $18 per injection. Patient must follow up with Doctor every 3 months. Follow up visit is $50.
